KIDS – 10-13 years old
The IRONLAKES KIDS will take place on Sunday 18 September 2022.
- The start will be given at 12:30 from the banks of the Centre d’Accueil de la Plate Taille at the Lacs de l’Eau d’Heure.
- The deposit of the bike and the equipment in the transition park will be done exclusively on the day of the race between 10:30 and 12:00.
- DISTANCES: 150m – 5km – 1km
- Minimum age: Must be between 10 and 13 years old during the current year (born between 2009 and 2012).
- Start numbers collection can only be done by the athlete himself/herself in the presence of his/her legal guardian. Athletes will have to show their identity card and provide a medical certificate mentioning the aptitude to do a triathlon in competition.
- The medical certificate is valid for 6 months.

- The number of race numbers is limited to 100.

SWIM – 150m
- Start in a single wave from the banks of the Centre d’Accueil de la Plate Taille
- One lap of 150m
- Wetsuits are allowed if the temperature is below 24°C
- Wetsuits are mandatory below 16°C
- No warm-up in the water is allowed before the start
- Training is only allowed on Friday 16/09 from 14:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00
